Terms of Use: You need to know before using Ultra-School.com services

  • Legal Purpose: You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Service is based on Bangladesh and provided all over the world. You must follow government/state laws to use this service. A violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
  • Right to use information: Our service provides a lot of information and allows you to use it for commercial purpose but you are restricted to sell or share information for your need that we do not allow you to do so.
  • Use of content: You agree not to duplicate, copy, sell, resell any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
  • Content Hyperlinking: You are allowed to hyperlink your content anywhere. But we do not guarantee that your information in a page is constant. Information might be changed based on user need.
  • Encrypted data transfer: Specific data such as user cookies are transferred after encryption but not all. Data safety depends on technology. Financial accounts information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
  • Centralized Data Storage: Our service store data to our cloud servers which might be situated in Europe and America along with Asia. We use API requests to render data to the sites. Note that information of your institutions is stored to our server which is provided to your domain when it is required to be served on the web page.
  • No geographic service limitation: We provide service all over the word. We do not restrict any people, geographic location to use our service. If government restrict us or for any noticeable reason we may stop servicing any people or region.
  • Meeting your expectation: We do not guarantee that our service will meet your need. As our service is technology based, so it might have some limitations such as technical error. Your responsibility is to inform us if you find any issue.
  • User prohibition: If you do any unlawful activity or violate any law (international or local) or ignore our terms or if government force us to restrict you, we might stop allowing you to access our system.
  • Authorized Contact: You must contact with us if you find any issue regarding your account/service.

  • Account Deletion: If you wish to stop using our service or terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Service. You are not allowed to force us to delete your all information from our system. We may store your information for better service. We have the right to delete your account if we found that you are misusing our service for illegal activities.
  • OTP Warning: Some time we might send various types of critical code e.g. OTP to your mobile or email address. Never share your OTP with others. Doing so, you might compromise your data.

Refund Policy: Know before making payment

  • Use of this refund policy: Ultra-School Online automation system has an Integrated Payment System (IPS). This IPS allows students and guardians to make various kind of payments such as tuition fees, exam fees etc. to their institutions such as schools and colleges. This refund policy applies to all transaction made through this platform IPS.
  • How does integrated payment system (IPS) work: As a middle man, platform IPS collects various kind of fees such as tuition fees, exam fees etc. from students and guardians and send the collected money to the institutions as soon as they are collected.
  • How does IPS refund? This platform IPS built to collect fees on behalf of instituions from students and guardians. After collecting money we directly send it to the institution as soon as possible as a result we have no way to return any amount directly. If you need refund, we will send a refund request to the institution to return your money. But we do not guarantee that institution will return your money. Payments like but not limited to: duplicate payments are also included here.
  • What happens in case of technically faulty payments? There is no change of making this type of transactions in this platform IPS. After that, if this happen, we will refund money to the account from where the payment is made, in any circumstances, whether institution pays or not. But this type of refund might take time as they are not usual. Contact with our support center.

Earnings Policy: Gold Coins & Campaigns

  • Earn money participating campaigns! We might have a campaign running to make our platform stronger. Earn money by earning gold coins by completing various tasks in this platform. Though we will inform our activities to all our customers, but it is not guaranted that you will be informed, because we might face technical or other issues.   • Gold Coins: It is our marketing campaign. We have started it to make our service popular. This campaign is not guaranted. We might stop giving gold coins, or we might stop paying real money for gold coins anytime with or without prior notice. Campaign Rules

A campaign has been started to enrich our platform specially MCQ Quiz database. To get money you have to collect as much gold coins as possible by performing various tasks. Which tasks you will do here, you will get gold coins for most of the tasks. Make sure which tasks you are doing is error free, because correction will result you deduction of gold coins, with penalty. Add error free MCQ Quizzes to this platform. Other teachers will use these quiz question to make questionnaire for their students. You can automatically convert your gold coins to BDT or USD or INR. When you asks us to send your money to you, we will ask for bank account or mobile banking account number (We will never ask your PIN or password or OTP, never share these info to others).   1. To be eligible to get your earned money you must be a teacher or stuff in a school/college/kindergarten;
  2. Visit money and coins page at least once every day in a calendar month, you might get daily check in bonus gold coins for that visit also;
  3. Create/Add at least 10 (ten) error free MCQ Quiz question including options;
  4. Check and validate at least 10 (ten) questions, if other teachers' question/options are correct;
  5. For most of your activities you will earn gold coins;
  6. Earn gold coins as much as you can, check conversion rate;
  7. Convert your gold coins to real currency like USD, BDT or INR;
  8. After conversion you are eligible to withdraw real money to your bank account;
  9. To withdraw real money to your bank account, withdrawal terms and conditions will be applicable separately.

Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

You can easily get your earned money in your bank account, sometimes we might allow mobile recharge only. Process is straight forward. Earn as much coins as possible. View conversion rate to get the best rate for you. Convert your gold coins to real money like BDT. Request to get money to your bank account from Money and Coins page. Before doing so, please read all terms and conditions carefully. It is recommended that never share your PIN, Password or OTP with others.
  1. To get your earned money to your bank account you must be a teacher or stuff of a school/college/kindergarten;
  2. You have to prove that you are a teacher or a stuff, to do that you have to show your appointment letter of some photos;
  3. You will upload your national identity (NID) to prove your nationality;
  4. Your mobile number and email address must be validated;
  5. You must update your profile information and upload recent photo;
  6. Complete and check if your institution ID is set up properly:
    • Check Academic Class & Faculties are added properly;
    • Check Academic courses are added properly;
    • Check Academic class wise course with semester added properly;
    • Get your students listed by doing admission;
    • Assign students class roll visiting student manager;
    • Take student attendance visiting attendance page;
    • Set examination date time from here;
    • Set up exam routine;
    • Print student admit card;
    • Enter obtained marks of students online;
    • Publish students results from here;
    • Create your short quiz MCQ question from our quiz database;
    • Record student tuition fee collection;
    • List your library book items;
    • Distribute library book items to students;
  7. Visit money and coins page daily in a calendar month, otherwise coins earned in that month will not be calculated for withdrawal;
  8. Do not do activities that is not needed for your school/institution to earn coins and money; Such as do not add unnecessary classes to earn gold coins;
  9. To delete/remove unnecessary things (such as classes, courses), you will lose gold coins negatively (some times with penalty);
  10. Your institution ID must be validated;
  11. One time activation fee and monthly subscription fee must be paid;
  12. Conversion rate is not fixed for all the time, it can be changed time to time;
  13. You can not withdraw if you have any negative balance whether it can be gold coins or real currency;
  14. You must share this campaign related information as a positive video review to your Facebook page/profile and Youtube channel before withdrawal request;
