• বৈধ উদ্দেশ্য: আল্ট্রা-স্কুল অটোমেশন সেবা কোন অনৈতিক বা অনুমোদিত নয় এমন বা কোন বাজে উদ্দ্যেশ্য নিয়ে ব্যবহার করার যাবে না। বাংলাদেশ ভিত্তিক এই সেবা বাংলাদেশ ছাড়াও অন্য সকল দেশ থেকে আইগত বিধি মোতাবেক ব্যবহার করা যাবে।
• তথ্য ব্যবহারের অধিকার: আল্ট্রা-স্কুল অটোমেশন সফ্টওয়ার অনেক তথ্য সর্বরাহ করে থাকে যা আপনার শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের যেকোন প্রয়োজনে ব্যবহার করা যাবে। তবে কোন ক্রমেই অনুমোদিত নয় এমন তথ্য বিক্রয় বা অন্য কাউকে দেয়া যাবে না।
• বিষয় বস্তুর ব্যবহার: আল্ট্রা-স্কুল অটোমেশন সেবার কোন বিষয়বস্তু, বা এর কোন অংশ (সম্পূর্ণ হোক বা আংশিক) কোন ক্রমেই নকল করে বিক্রয় বা বিতরণ করা যাবে না।

• সেবার ভৌগোলিক সীমাব্ধতা: বাংলাদেশ ভিত্তিক আল্ট্রা-স্কুল অটোমেশন সেবা সারা বিশ্বের যে কোন প্রান্ত থেকে যে কোন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান ব্যবহার করতে পারে। তবে সরকার বা স্থানীয় সরকার নিষেধাজ্ঞা জারি করলে সেবা প্রদান ব্যহত হতে পারে।

• অর্থ ফেরতের নীতিমালার ব্যবহার: আল্ট্রা-স্কুল অনলাইন অটোমেশন প্লাটফর্মের Integrated Payment System (IPS) নামে একটি নিজস্ব লেনদেনের ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে, যে ব্যবস্থার মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থী ও তাদের অভিবাবকগন বিভিন্ন ধরণের পরীক্ষার ফি, টিউশন ফি অনলাইনে প্রদান করতে পারে। অর্থ ফেরতের নীতিমালা এই প্লাটফর্মের মাধ্যমে সংঘটিত সকল লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
• IPS যেভাবে কাজ করে: শিক্ষার্থী ও অভিবাবকদের কাছ থেকে বিভিন্ন ধরণের ফি যেমন পরিক্ষার ফি, টিউশন ফি ইত্যাদি অনলাইনে সংগ্রহ করে শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের ব্যাংক হিসাবে জমা করার ক্ষেত্রে IPS সহায়ক ভূমিকা পালন করে। এ ক্ষেত্রে সংগৃহীত অর্থ যত দ্রুত সম্ভব হস্তান্তর করা হয়।
• প্রদত্ত অর্থ IPS থেকে ফেরত নেয়া: আল্ট্রা-স্কুল প্লাটফর্মের অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে IPS কে তৈরি করা হয়েছে শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের আর্থিক লেনদেনগুলোকে অনলাইন ভিত্তিক করে সহজ করে তোলার জন্য। শিক্ষার্থী বা তাদের অভিবাবকদের কাছ থেকে সংগৃহীত অর্থ যত দ্রুত সম্ভব শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানের কাছে পৌছে দেয়া হয়। ফলে প্রদত্ত কোন অর্থ IPS থেকে সরাসরি ফেরত প্রদান করার কোন ব্যবস্থা নেই। তবে আপনি যদি প্রদত্ত অর্থ ফেরত নিতে চান তবে অনলাইনে অর্থ প্রদানের ইনভয়েস নম্বর নিয়ে আপনার শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে যোগাযোগ করবেন। এ ক্ষেত্রে অর্থ ফেরত প্রদান করার সম্পূর্ণ ক্ষমতা শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানের হাতে রয়েছে। এক্ষেত্রে অর্থ ফেরত দেয়া না দেয়ার বিষয়ে IPS কোন হস্তক্ষেপ করতে পারেনা, এমনকি ভুলক্রমে হয়ে যাওয়া লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রও নয়।
• কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে সংঘটিত লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রে: IPS-এ এই ধরণের লেনদেন সংঘটিত হওয়ার কোন সম্ভাবনা নেই। তারপরও যদি এমন কোন লেনদেন সংঘটিত হয়, যেভাবেই হোক না কেন, শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান অর্থ প্রদান করুক বা না করুক, যে একাউন্ট থেকে অর্থ প্রদান করা হয়েছিল সেই একাউন্টে অর্থ ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে। তবে এ ধরণের লেনদেন যেহেতু স্বাভাবিক নয় তাই কিছু সময় লাগতে পারে। আমাদের সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করুন।

OTP, Email & Mobile Number Security Policy

• Confidentiality: You must keep your OTPs, email access, and mobile verification codes strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone under any circumstances.
• Authorized Use: OTPs and verification codes are valid only for the intended transaction or login session and must not be reused or stored.
• User Responsibility: You are fully responsible for any activity that occurs using your OTP, email, or mobile number, whether authorized by you or not.
• Fraud Prevention: We will never ask for your OTP or passwords via phone calls, messages, or emails. If you receive such requests, treat them as fraudulent.
• Account Accuracy: You must ensure email and mobile number are correct at the time of registration, as they cannot be changed later.
• Liability: We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect OTPs, email, or mobile credentials.
• No Change Policy: Once an account is registered, the associated email address and mobile number cannot be changed under any circumstances. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information at the time of registration.
• Permanent Association: The registered email and mobile number will remain permanently linked to the account and will be used for all future verification and communication.
• Loss of Access: If you lose access to your registered email or mobile number, you may also lose access to your account. We are not obligated to recover or transfer accounts in such cases.
• No Transfer of Ownership: Accounts cannot be transferred to another person by changing email or mobile credentials.
• Exceptional Cases: Any rare exceptions, if allowed, will require strict verification and are solely at our discretion.
• Rate Limiting: Multiple failed OTP attempts may result in temporary blocking of verification requests for security purposes.
• Service Availability: OTP and email delivery depends on third-party providers (telecom and email services). Delays or failures may occur, and we do not guarantee instant delivery.
• Suspicious Activity: We reserve the right to block or restrict account access if suspicious or unusual activity is detected.
• Session Security: OTPs may be valid only for the device, session, or browser in which they were requested.

Additional Terms for Student Accounts, Verification & Ownership

• Third-Party Account Creation: Accounts for students may be created by authorized school staff (e.g., teachers or administrators) using student details such as name, class, and optional contact information.
• Account Creation Without Contact Information: Teachers may create student accounts without email addresses or mobile numbers. Such accounts will remain inactive and inaccessible until valid contact information is added and verified.
• Access Dependency on Verification: A student account becomes accessible only after a valid email address or mobile number is added and successfully verified through OTP or other authentication methods.
• Initial Inaccessibility: Accounts created without verified contact details do not provide any login, recovery, or direct access to the student.
• Verified Contact Lock: Once an email address or mobile number has been verified, it becomes permanently linked to the account and cannot be changed.
• Ownership-Based Access: Any individual who successfully verifies ownership of the registered email address or mobile number will be granted access to the associated account.
• Unique Email and Mobile Ownership: Each email address and mobile number can only be linked to one user account in the system at any time.
• Pre-Existing Verified Accounts: If a student independently creates and verifies an account using an email or mobile number, that credential becomes permanently associated with that account.
• Restriction on Reassignment: Verified email addresses and mobile numbers cannot be reassigned to other student accounts once they are in use.
• Conflict Resolution Rule: In case of conflict, independently created and verified accounts take priority over teacher-created student profiles using the same contact information.
• Responsibility for Data Accuracy: Teachers or authorized school staff are fully responsible for ensuring correct email addresses and mobile numbers are assigned to the correct student accounts.
• No Liability for Incorrect Data Entry: We are not responsible for any loss, unauthorized access, or misdirection of accounts caused by incorrect email addresses or mobile numbers entered by school staff.
• Service Dependency: Account access and authentication depend on third-party services such as telecom operators and email providers. Delays or failures in OTP delivery may occur.
• Suspicious Activity: We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts if suspicious or unusual activity is detected.
